Privacy Policy

Orb Meditation is designed with privacy at its core. We collect the absolute minimum data necessary to deliver the app experience. We do not sell, share, or monetise your personal information. We do not run ads. We do not track you across other apps or websites.

On the iOS/macOS app: All meditation data, mantra selections, orb state, and preferences are stored locally on your device using SwiftData and UserDefaults. This data never leaves your device. We do not have access to it.

Purchases: In-app purchases are processed entirely by Apple through StoreKit. We do not receive or store your payment information.

On the website: We use Plausible Analytics, a privacy-focused tool that does not use cookies, does not collect personal data, and is fully GDPR compliant. We see aggregate page views only.

Merchandise: If you purchase merchandise, Stripe processes your payment. We receive your name, email, and shipping address solely for order fulfilment.

If you enable daily reminders, notification scheduling is handled entirely on your device. We do not use push notification servers. No notification tokens are transmitted to us.

Orb Meditation is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children under this age. If we become aware that a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, we will take steps to delete such information.

Since we store your app data locally on your device, you have full control. You can delete the app at any time to remove all local data. Under GDPR and similar regulations, you have the right to access, rectify, or erase your personal data. Contact us to exercise these rights.

We may update this policy as the app evolves. Significant changes will be noted with an updated date at the top of this page.
