By downloading, installing, or using Orb Meditation (the “App”) or visiting sentientorbs.app (the “Website”), you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

Orb Meditation provides daily curated wisdom transmissions, breathing techniques, guided meditations, mantras, and a personal evolving orb. All content is pre-curated and delivered statically. The App is designed to be used briefly each day. It is not a substitute for professional medical, psychological, or psychiatric advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

Orb Meditation does not require an account. All data is stored locally on your device. There is no login, no password, and no cloud sync. If you delete the app, your local data is permanently removed.

The App offers a one-time lifetime premium purchase through Apple's In-App Purchase system (StoreKit 2). This unlocks all breathing techniques, guided meditations, mantras, orb colours, extended session lengths, and orb evolution features.

The purchase is non-recurring. You pay once and retain premium access permanently on the Apple ID used to make the purchase. There are no subscriptions, no auto-renewals, and no hidden fees.

Refunds are handled exclusively by Apple in accordance with their App Store refund policy. We do not process payments directly and cannot issue refunds.

Physical merchandise is sold through the Website via Stripe checkout and fulfilled by our print-on-demand partners. All orders are subject to standard shipping terms. Returns and exchanges are handled on a case-by-case basis. Contact us within 14 days of delivery for any issues.

All transmissions, breathing technique descriptions, guided meditation scripts, mantras, orb visual designs, and other content are original works created by Orb Meditation and are protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the content for personal meditation and reflection. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any content without prior written permission.

Orb Meditation is a meditation and mindfulness tool, not a medical device or healthcare service. The breathing techniques, guided meditations, and wisdom content are provided for general wellness purposes only and do not constitute medical advice.

If you have a respiratory condition, cardiovascular condition, psychiatric condition, or any other health concern, consult a qualified healthcare professional before practising breathing techniques, particularly advanced techniques involving extended breath retention. Discontinue any exercise that causes discomfort, dizziness, or distress.

We aim to keep the App and Website available but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. We reserve the right to update, modify, or discontinue features at any time without prior notice.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Orb Meditation and its founder, officers, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the service.

The service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Orb Meditation from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising from your use of the service or your violation of these terms.

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that these terms shall otherwise remain in full force and effect.

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of the App or Website after modifications constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
